I had a coupon from a mail flyer for a $9.99 Haircut. I called the morning of 5/18 and spoke to Robyn to make sure there was nothing special I needed to use it. She said to just bring it with me. I got there at about 2:45pm and was greeted and seated right away, no wait at that time. My stylist was Jenny. I showed her the pic of the cut I was wanting. She asked me a few questions to detail the look and then went right into it. She was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and confident. I asked her questions about my hair and advice for straightening it, and treatments. It's tough to rate a place like this because the experience equals the sum of its employees- which are always changing! The place was clean and pleasant inside. You can check in and get in line, before even arriving, which is neat... especially since you can do it on the website and don't HAVE to use their app like they say you do!

Today was my first time getting a haircut from this location. The app made it easy to check in and my stylist was great! She gave me exactly what I wanted and made sure to let me know what she was doing as she was doing it. Great communication and I was in and out pretty fast.
