After not showing up for two scheduled appointments, and I never received a call saying they were not coming, they did show for the third. They arrived when they said they would, completed the work they said they would.

They next day, I went into my garage to get my 6' aluminum ladder to repair the cut drywall in my wall - making the cut was necessary so no worries, I should've asked ahead of time if that was something they would fix. Much to my surprise, my ladder was no longer in my garage.

I called and explained that I was sure it was a simple oversight, mistakes happen, gave a detailed description of the ladder and asked that it simply be returned....read full review

We had an outdoor shower that had an issue after our cold winter temps. Russell found the problem, fixed the problem and advised us how we can finish the project. Hopefully we won't have anymore problems, but we would consider using Russell in the future.Service: Plumbing pipe repair
