We have loved our experiences here! My kids and I have been treated with kindness and respect every visit. The nurses are very sweet and work with children in a wonderful manner. We have visited with a few doctors over the years and they are very kind, polite and answer every question I have. Thank y’all for everything y’all do!
Had to pullover and park in their parking lot cause I got super dizzy, shaking and nauseous. Lady came out and asked if I had an appt with them, I explained what was going on and she told me I needed to go to Walmart parking lot not theirs. She already had a tow truck there to tow me.
So I show up for my appointment Monday 27th because I have a hernia. Very scared. I seen Tony she confirms & tells me I have to have an ultrasound and that she'll make an appointment and they'll contact me. Skip to Friday. Still haven't heard anything. I've called and left three messages with AR care & they never even a return phone call. I give blood so she can put me back on ozempic and still that hasn't been done either. I can't get Anyone to return my call. This is the most unprofessional place here in Springdale I've ever seen. I've been at ARcarefor about 4 years. I can't believe they allow this nonsense to go on.
