Had to pullover and park in their parking lot cause I got super dizzy, shaking and nauseous. Lady came out and asked if I had an appt with them, I explained what was going on and she told me I needed to go to Walmart parking lot not theirs. She already had a tow truck there to tow me.
So I show up for my appointment Monday 27th because I have a hernia. Very scared. I seen Tony she confirms & tells me I have to have an ultrasound and that she'll make an appointment and they'll contact me. Skip to Friday. Still haven't heard anything. I've called and left three messages with AR care & they never even a return phone call. I give blood so she can put me back on ozempic and still that hasn't been done either. I can't get Anyone to return my call. This is the most unprofessional place here in Springdale I've ever seen. I've been at ARcarefor about 4 years. I can't believe they allow this nonsense to go on. I would have stayed at this clinic, if there was even ONE decent doctor that worked there, but no. The APRN is flat out grumpy everytime my kids have seen her, and Dr. Durham and Dr. Jean give out the weirdest vibes like they are half asleep. Turns out my friend has her kids in this clinic and feels the same way, and then I stumbled onto all these negative reviews. They maybe nice people, but they are terrible doctors. My son bumped his chin and needed a handful of stitches and Doctor Durham sent him to the ER, because she didn’t “feel comfortable” stitching him up. I came to the clinic to avoid the ER.
