It'd be nice if you all had more help on Saturdays. My policy was not due yet but I wanted to get it out of the way anyways. I come in there and there's a number of people waiting. And only 2 women behind desks. It's convenient that you all are open Saturdays. What's not convenient is how you had all those people waiting and you close at 2 p.m. I had to leave. One of my days off, did not want to be in there that long. Time is precious.

Rude ass people. Specially the Spanish speaking agents. It's obvious all they care about is opening policies. NOT THE CUSTOMER. avoid this place.

I recommend Advantage Auto Insurance. In Rogers or Bentonville. 5 stars for the agents there.
