We have been patient at ACNW Primary Care Clinic since our son came home from the Arkansas Children’s NICU in LR. We have had nothing but good experiences with the team here! I’ve seen many of the reviews showing concern about scheduling, but with the help of MyChart, and scheduling follow-ups at the time of checkout, we have never had an issue getting in for an appointment. Like any clinic, wellness checkups are scheduled out and sick day visits are made day of by phone or night before on MyChart. ACHNW PCC also has in-office financial advisors! (Amazing!!) we love to have our PCP as part of our Arkansas Children’s care team!

We saw Dr. Grills for both my kids for their whole life and he did a great job, but working with the reception desk became unbearable. They once called me 3 times while I was SITTING in their office talking to Dr Grills to reschedule the next appointment… which they then called the morning of that appointment to reschedule again. We’re moving on to a different pediatrician and will miss Dr Grills.

They’re not helpful. I was transferred in a call and they never answered. Horrible scheduling as well, this has 3 stars but they told me don’t don’t have appointments until JANUARY like I ain’t waiting that long. Waste of time. At least they have good doctors and workers but the scheduling is the only bad thing here.
