I was very sick when I visited Fast Pace Health Urgent Care. The staff and the Nurse Practitioner were great. They responded quickly to my needs and they really seemed to care. I have put off getting a mammogram for 3 years since I moved because finding a good doctor is so hard. I went ahead and made an appointment here and I really liked this office. Everybody at the front desk was nice. The lady who took me back was kind and sympathetic (I don’t know her name). And then Tamara Flowers is who saw me. She was knowledgeable, kind, listened to me, asked good questions. She provided me with lots of medical options, and several natural options which I very much appreciated. And she didn’t make me feel pressured to do or not do anything, she was very supportive of my overall health. I am relieved and thankful to have a good place to go! I think she’s a nurse midwife, not a doctor, but I plan to see her from now on. I think there’s also a doctor in the office in case I do need that for something. It’s nice to have the office so close, right in Siloam.
Iris is so friendly and professional. She gives the best deep tissue massage. My body always feels amazing after she works her magic!

I brought my 13 year old son in for a cut, and the entire atmosphere was relaxed and super friendly. One of the barbers asked us what we'd need, and we waited almost no time before he was in the barber's seat. I explained what he wanted and my son showed him a pic. His style turned out better than I even expected. My son has curly hair and most places can't seem to get the cut quite right. Not here! The gentleman nailed it, and my son and I were both thrilled. The service was fast, excellent, and very reasonably priced! Every employee was warm, talkative, and helpful. Customer earned! We won't go anywhere else now.
I've sat in 3 different chairs at this barbershop, haven't had a bad fade yet. These guys are AWESOME. Great atmosphere too! Everyone is incredibly friendly and they always have good music playing (not too loud) and some cool sports documentaries on the tv. The old school wood paneling and mauve leather seats really make for an inviting place to hang with the fellas. I won't go anywhere else to get my haircut!
My two daughters and I got our nails done today at Onyx Nail Salon. They did an excellent job!! We all walked away happy, and my girls are going to feel great about how their nails look as they go back to school on Monday.

I always go to Alexis to get my hair done. She is kind, professional, and very skilled. She does an excellent job blending my highlights in a way that looks so natural and beyond gorgeous. She does amazing on blonde hair that doesn't look faded or ashy! She always adds some curls at the end which gives me so much confidence. Her prices are also unbeatable, so the drive to Siloam is totally worth it for me!!

Awesome experience! Autumn evaluated me and suggested a bit of filler as well as my normal Botox. She has such an artistic eye which combined with her solid medical background gave me truly great results. I was pleasantly shocked what a positive difference it makes.I am not one to buy expensive creams but I bought the face cream she carries and it has made a noticeable difference in the ten days or so I have used it.
I had a great experience with Nash Electric. They are very responsive and reliable! Rob even came by on short notice to help us with an accidentally cut wire. They did a great job for us on our backyard project! They are very easy to work with…always very friendly and helpful. They do things right…thank you for a job well done!

Every time I visit this vet, I'm more impressed. They are great with animals, very caring and compassionate. The doctor takes a conservative, practical approach to treatment and won't recommend unnecessary tests or procedures. The rates are extremely reasonable. I always leave with the feeling that our pets got great care.

I am so so happy with my service every single appointment with Glenda!! I’m a hairstylist so I have a lot of knots around my shoulders. She’s absolutely wonderful, I recommend ALL of my clients to her that are looking for a massage therapist. I also have extremely tinder feet to the point that pedicures make me want to cry if I don’t have them skip the massage (plantar fasciitis). Glenda has NEVER hurt my feet, ever. 10000/10 recommend!!!
Great place. I’m a member of a chain massage parlor. If you want an hour massage there you have to get a 90 minute. At Ocean you get a full 90 minutes. I’ll be canceling my membership. Amy is the best.
