Took my son here a few weeks ago. He was super nervous about cutting his hair. He had pictures of a tapered fade and that's what he wanted. His hair was long-ish and he styled it a certain way. Frank could tell he was particular and was careful to cut just what made him comfortable. Shortly after we got home my son was noticing things about his cut that he didn't like. I called Frank and he had no problem getting us in the next morning to fix it up for nothing in return, wouldn't even accept a tip for his time even though my son was pretty much in control of the outcome of his hair initially.
