The entire office was very pleasant. The front desk person told me and my daughter bye by name. The optometrist found that my daughter had been misdiagnosed for 3 years. She also caught the beginning of a condition that I have. She was easy to understand. Most offices take 4-6 weeks to receive your glasses. The expected wait is 2 weeks. If your child is on medicaid they have the best selection. The selection for myself was vast.

Usually if I don’t have a good review I just don’t leave one but I feel need to say something because this issue needs fixed…I have used Dr. Kimberly since I was little and her clinic was over in Lakewood Village.. The staff is kind but it seems like I can never get ahold of them.. it took me 1.5 months of calling them multiple times a week to finally get an appointment and when I did it was 1.5 months out… I called asking if I can just buy a pair of contacts because my last pair is torn and she said that I couldn’t because my prescription is expired… I don’t think I’d be having this problem if I could have gotten an answer in the first place
