I would not recommend this braiding salon to anyone! I recently moved to Sherwood and was looking for recommendations. This place had a bad review but was the only place with a walk in available. So I took a chance… Never again! She started 30 minutes late, because she needed to pray! Ok fine… she worked for an hour and then left again. She was gone for an hour! I’m pissed by this point! She returned and now she extra rough with my head like someone made her mad while she was out! But 8pm I was done! This job should have taken 4 hours! But here I was 7 hours later! Horrible experience! The customer service was awful. They quoted one price over the phone, another price when I went in to pay the deposit, and charged more at the appointment. I was told it would take five to six hours, but on the day of the appointment my daughter was there for 11 1/2 hours for medium knotless! After 7 hours, she had only done the top of her hair. I asked when she would be done and she had no ETA because she had “a lot of hair “. She asked if I wanted the rest to be bigger to get it done faster. She was short and rude during conversation. They have the worst customer service. I requested 2 Braiders before booking my micro braids. I had 1 Braider on my hair for the 1st five hours . The owner kept telling me her niece was coming to help. I kept asking her where’s the niece. She got mad and went off on me. They were extremely late, everyone who got their hair done had to wait over an hour before they got started. They were stopping and taking walk ins while having clients in their chair. They are so money hungry they don’t turn down clients or properly schedule. They over book. They didn’t even have drinks or snacks to offer their clients.
