Extremely polite when calling for estimate and very professional. A bit pricey but wasn't pushy about signing on to an annual contract which was refreshing since so many of them do. Not sure I want to pay over $400 annually for pest control plus over $200 to $400 on initial treatment. Still the most pleasant on the phone out of several I contacted
I have a termite contract with this company. The technician is very knowledgeable and knows his job like the back of his hand. If I suspect I have any issues in between services, he’s there free of charge to put my mind at ease. I wouldn’t choose another pest service to treat my home. Some people may say they’re expensive, but isn’t everything these days? You truly get what you pay for. And I’d like my hard working money to go where it’s going to benefit me in the long run. Their prices are pretty close to other pest control companies in this area. The secretary is very sweet and actually listens to you. Best in my book.
I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with The Bug Man. Their rates are lower than most of their competitors and scheduling your inspection is always easy. Plus, all of the staff I've spoken with have always been extremely friendly.
