Earlier this week my MacBook abruptly stopped working. As a Grad student, you can imagine how panicked I was. Luckily, I didn’t have to make the dreaded trip to LR and was able to find an Apple certified provider right here in Searcy! Chris at Quality Office, Inc. absolutely SAVED me this week. He was very helpful, super fast and communicated with me through every step of the process. The best part, everything was covered under my Apple Care and it didn’t cost me ANYTHING for his services. Quality Office is amazing! We walked in after the guy at AT&T referred us there. Chris was wonderful. He was very courteous and saved the day. We were sure our phone was not repairable. Within minutes the phone was back up and working! I would highly recommend Quality Office. Thank You for your help.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when many of the Apple Stores were closed across much of the southeastern United States, this Apple Authorized repair shop was my next best alternative. First, I had to make an appointment with them. Availability wasn't great, but they were almost fully-booked up.It made for a bit of a drive, but in the end, they were able to successfully install a new battery into my failing iPhone within a few hours. If I had to, I would use this shop again.
