I was locked out of my car. I called Quality Lock & Key, and literally within 15 minutes owner Bill Cato arrived. Took him no more than five minutes to open the car. His fee was very reasonable. After I paid him, he stayed for a good while until he figured out why this happened. Then he recommended a person who can fix it for a lot less than the dealership would charge. Bill went above and beyond what was required. From now on, he’s our locksmith!

The best in town great godly man and had the job done within 5 minutes highly recommend only person I’ll ever use based out of Searcy really cheap price very pleased with work I was going to put 100 stars but only let me do 4

This man is an absolute Saint. I had already called several locksmiths in the area, it was late in the afternoon and none could help me. He came out to the Walmart parking lot where I couldn't get my push to start key to connect to my vehicle. I was there with two of my kids, one being an infant. He said he typically doesn't work on push to start keys but came out to where I was anyway seeing if there was anything he could do to help. He was the only one willing to help and got there very quickly. He made a few calls and stayed until he figured out a solution. I found out later it was his birthday! I was in tears at his kindness.
