I can’t recommend them more. They were very quick to respond to my AC not cooling. Dustin diagnosed the problem and gave me options on how to fix it. His only goal was to get me up and running and not to sell me anything. Thank you!
My air quit working today around 2/3 o’clock and they sent out someone about 4 o’clock. Matt, was the person they sent out and he went above and beyond to make sure my air was working before he left. I highly recommend this company. They do great work and they are dedicated.
I am 100% impressed with mason and their integrity. My AC stopped working. They came out next day and tried to troubleshoot the issue and could not, they concluded that I needed new wiring and a new board, which would cost about $1,400 in total. They ordered the part and even though it was expensive, I need my a/c for summer, and I was fully prepared to pay that. After the part came back in they came back out to do the install, and actually found the root of the problem which was much smaller and easier. They didn’t even tell me, just fixed it and came to me and explained they were wrong and my repair was only a total of $450 for both visits and the repair. They could have easily charged me the $1,400 and I would have been none the wiser and happily paid it. Because of this honesty and integrity I will never use anyone else. Thank you Mason!!!
