I bought a 1200 dollar Bosch dishwasher, these guys came out, and fixed it. They didn’t have to, Bosch had no technicians in my area. Well, they took the job, came out and within 30 minutes knew the problem with the machine. Knew it was not my installation. Fixed it and rode out like it was nothing. Professionalism at its finest! Very quick response and they took care of me! The two technicians diagnosed the problem and gave me better news than I expected. My dryer (Samsung) stopped heating and I just knew it was the heating element and parts plus labor was going to be a little high. They tested what needed to be tested and let me know it was a safety switch that needed to be replaced. They could have easily taken advantage of this situation, and we wouldn't have known. They replaced the part, cleaned the dryer internals, and checked the vent inside and outside - all for a fraction of what I was afraid it would cost.
