Our AC stopped working on the 4th, a holiday of course. But out of everyone we called he came out to help us. Turns out we had some ants trying to build a home in our unit. And he was so nice and didn't charge us the fee to come look. We really were blown away. How awesome that us for us. We so appreciate your help. Justin was amazing! He came out withing 1 hour of contacting him after hours. Found the problems took videos and pictures for us to understand fixed everything and went the extra mile to handle everything. Definitely recommended
Our AC finally gave up on Saturday so we called Dodson for service. Justin came out the next morning and confirmed my worst fear, the compressor gave out. We had a nice conversation about our options and we decided to just go ahead and replace the entire AC unit. He went through the options we had to choose from and explained the pros and cons of each choice. Very helpful! He did everything he could to make sure we weren’t without AC too long, showing up at the house Tuesday afternoon at 5:30 to get started. I was worried this would end up being a two day installation but unbelievably he and his guys (Jacob, Dakota, and Brandon) stayed until the new AC was installed...read full review
