Lots of miscommunication at the onset by the nurse about our correct phone number, showing up unannounced, etc. Then extremely pushy about signing paperwork and asking questions that were none of their business. And when they finally sent a PT, the PT didn't think they could help. We'll do it ourselves, Home Health. We are dropping the Medicare help from this and will find our own PTs, etc. Very typical of a government-sponsored program. Do not tell these people any more information than you have to. I'm sure they are keeping a database for who knows what. And it is absolutely NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS how many helpers we've had over the past year! AND TAKE OFF THE STUPID...read full review
