Philip is the best barber in Russellville and I have been to a lot of barbershop. Everyone I have seen as they are leaving have all had really nice hair cuts. He knows what he is doing and takes the time to give you a hair cut right.

Great cut and great environment!! Very friendly locals. Was heading through Arkansas on my way to Tennessee and stopped by. It took a while but there were about 4 people in front of me. No complaints at all.
