STAY AWAY FROM NATURAL STATE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!
Unless you don’t want your full deposit back! When I moved in, I had to clean out a nasty freezer that had an iced in freezer burnt whole chicken in it, had clean the disgusting bathrooms. Appliances, AC, toilets needed repaired and replaced. Window seals were full of bugs and spiders. On top of that… I had to clean up after any and all maintenance, plumber, AC people came out!! The first month to month and a half were nothing but issues with the house. I was still willing to give a good review.

Good luck getting approved from this rental company. I really should’ve paid attention to the reviews before even applying and wasting my money and time here. There’s a reason why they are rated solo and have so many bad reviews!! They said if you’ve been late for rent even one day late one time in the past six months, they will deny your application. It’s honestly ridiculous. These people do not look at you as a person just a number.
Never ever rent from this company!!!!! I had to clean the kitchen when I first moved in. There was burnt grease all over the stove the refrigerator and all over the floor. Black mold in the bathtub. The sinks in the bathrooms where sagging. Vacuumed the whole house twice to get up all the pet hair. Then shampooed the carpets. Yard was knee deep in grass. Trash and branches all under the overgrow grass. Broken tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms.
