Was recommended Curtis by my buyers agent. Super friendly and explained everything well. Thorough reports provided and was available for any questions when I reached out. Above and beyond service. Will highly recommend to anyone I know buying a house in market moving forward. Was a pleasure working with him. Thanks Curtis!

I had a home inspection for a property in Atkins, AR, and at MAE was a consummate professional from the moment we started interacting. He responded to my emails quickly, is reasonably priced, and was exceptionally thorough and efficient in his kmmm. home inspection evaluation. He took the time to review everything with me so that I understood what the issues were and knew exactly where they were, and provided a well documented report with several supporting photo that allowed me to make a decision about how to proceed with my home.

He was amazing! So thorough with repeated trips out to make sure things were fixed that we were promised before closing on the house. Honest, explained very well. Will always recommend this company. Thanks so much!
