Caroline was so helpful and honest, she guided me through removing alge from my brother's pool. I walked into this fine establishment worried and walked out with full confidence, that I will have no problem removing the alge. I had a wonderful experience there and highly recommend Luxury Pool \u0026 Spa to all who own a pool or spa!!

Staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable! As a new maintenance man, I had very little pool experience. She has been very helpful and has answered all my questions, even when I wasn't actually buying anything. She remembered my predecessor's name also. When I took over this job, he informed me he had no prior experience with pools either and they had helped him get started as well and he highly recommended them, as do I.
