I have been with First State of Russellville for over twelve years, and it is the best bank I have worked with ever! The personal service and friendly tellers, supervisors and manager remember people and their families by name. They continually go out of their way to offer outstanding service. The loan and mortgage department what can I say? I worked with Jennifer Samuels on numerous mortgages. What a fabulous individual she is helped me on a number of mortgages but I must say went over and above with my daughter and her husband who have both recently retired from the Navy after 25 years of service. I just want to say thank you so much to Jorge Sanchez for doing an outstanding job in helping me in the process of getting my home approved.! He answered all my questions, found ways to help me in all the things I needed extra help. Answered all my text, calls, emails as soon as I sent them! He drove all the way to Little Rock on my closing date! Big plus for being Bilingual!
