“My routine dentist is in Conway but I was trying to find someone local because I was experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort with some bottom teeth. I called a handful of dental offices in russellville area, however since I wasn't an established patient, I was told that I couldn't get an appointment for over a week. From the time Peyton, an employee at Morgan Dental Office who works at the front reception area, took my call the staff was amazing! They were kind compassionate and attentive. I was seen early the next morning, Dr. Morgan was amazing, he listened carefully to my situation designed a care plan appropriate for me, prescribed some medication and got me on the patient schedule within the following week. Mica, one of the employees in the billing department worked with my Insurance company, then promptly called me to communicate the treatment and payment plan. I would highly recommend Mogan Family Dental Group for emergency care, or preventive care such as cleaning your teeth. What else needs to be said...I obviously have a new dentist and sure hope to see you there! You'll be glad that you came and remember, tell them Kellye sent you. I look forward to having them as my dental group for a long time.
