It's extremely rare to find a roofing company in 2024 that actually acts with integrity, but that's the honest truth with BRS Roofing. We recently bought a home with a roof that was barely older than five years, and thus out of warranty. We had some roof leaks that the seller likely knew about but didn't discose. Upon finding the roofing receipt and contacting BRS, they came out and remedied the issues and didn't charge me anything since the roof was just barely out of warranty by a few months.
