I’ve used this company over ten years now. Their employees must like working there because I’ve gotten mostly the same techs over those years which translates into consistent excellent service.

Bright always comes out as quick as they can! Always very polite and they know what they're doing! I have a 30+ year old system that is not even their main brand but they always fix the issue and make it better than it was! Greatly appreciate them, their more than fair pricing, and good people!

I have to give a shout out to James at Bright Heating & Air! Our heat went out a few days ago, but we were able to find a few small space heaters to warm the back part of the house. I called Bright Heating & Air and explained about my cold urticaria and he came right out even though it was a holiday. It was very reasonable, even with the holiday pay, and he explained everything to me as he went along. We know we are going to have to replace the unit before too long anyway since it is almost 16 years old, but he helped get us through this cold snap and when we do replace it, we will definitely be calling him back!
