Steph, the founder of UHF is strong and leads by example. She can be across the gym and see that I have lost my good form and she will let me know right away. I love that about her. She encourages all of us to “show up” all of the time and to get conditioned, flexible and stronger every day.
I’ve lost at least 20 pounds of fat and I’m unsure how many pounds of muscle I have added to my body. I feel great about my strength and my success in learning to love my workouts.
