I recently made a purchase of 2 coils at this location. They were the wrong one for my vapor. I would like to thank Caleb for allowing me to exchange them. Many places will not. The customer service he provided was great. Vapor world earned a loyal customer that day my money will be spent with them. There prices are fair and there employees friendly and knowledgeable.

Great customer service! Missing a star because they don't keep things in stock. I have bought 3 vapes there and they only stock items for 1 of them. I had to stop telling my friends to go there because the items I tell them about haven't been restocked.

They had exactly what I needed and had the best reviews on Google compared to other vape/tobacco stores. I'm not from this area at all but I called ahead and made sure they had what I needed in stock. I'm not sure if the same woman answered the phone that helped when I was there but there were two women and they were both very helpful. Thanks guys! If I stay around the area then I will be coming there from now on and I would recommend you guys to anyone that vapes, for sure.
