Great service. I went on a day when they were short-staffed. But it didn’t show. Patricia helped me get some new glasses. She also fixed my old glasses I bought elsewhere for no charge. It’s a nice place. Good selection. Nice staff.
The staff made everything so convenient. Probably the most friendliest staff I’ve come across. They had a great selection of glasses and their experts gave me their candid feed back on my choices. I highly recommend Tri State Optical!!!!
Tri State Eye Clinic is by far the best eye care clinic in North West Arkansas. I've been a welder for over 10 years. I've only had to remove debris from my eye 1 other time. My 1st experience was rough. My experience at Tri State Eye Clinic went as follows. I called Tri State to see if they could get me in immediately. I explained that it happened Friday night and I'd been in pain with trouble sleeping for 2 nights. The girl on the phone immediately took action. With no delay she set me an appointment for 20 minutes later not bombarding me with useless questions. They could tell it was an emergency and acted as such.
