I go to Sugaring NYC all over the country and this one in Rogers, AR is one of the best. Hannah was my sugarista and she is also one of the best sugaristas I have ever had! Request for her for sure! She is slow and steady and gentle and talks you through the whole process very patiently and makes you feel so comfortable (because a Brazilian is not easy no matter what)

This place is sooo cute and the costumer service is awesome. I got waxed for the first time by Elizabeth and she was so patient and made me feel super comfortable with the entire experience. also, since it was my first time here my service was 50% off which made it even better. Definitely coming here again!

I can't express how great the team at this location is. They're all incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to ensure everyone feels comfortable. What's even more remarkable is that, despite falling behind on their schedule, they made amends by providing me with a generous discount. (It was a gesture they certainly did not have to make!) Their dedication to providing top-notch service truly sets them apart from other waxing establishments in NWA.
