If I could give out zero star I would. It was so expansive to do taxes there, I only did it for one year with them and then I never step my foot in there. It’s cost $25 for print out my tax. Because I lost the papers. I don’t mind with that. Second the lady who having a bad day picked up the phone , I asked her nicely if I could my tax file email it to me. She said no, I explained to her that I have to send my tax file to my lender at California. She raised her voice and said “no!!I am not allow to send email, Just pick up your paper that we already print it for you.” Well I’ve been doing taxes with other places for 15 years, they always have my tax on file… read full review

I would give them zero stars if I could. Unfortunately, this is strictly based off of a preliminary phone call to set up a meeting. I spoke to one of the associates and I told them what my business was, he then proceeded to tell me he doesn’t see how anyone would want swim lessons in the winter and how do I even make money. I told him I had an indoor pool, and I am a full time swim instructor. At this point I was offended, found him condescending and rude. I told him that, thanked him for his time, and hung up.
