Matt Gifford and his associates at Smooth Touch were awesome to work with. They completed a very large indoor remodel project in our home. Matt had all the contacts from electricians, plumbers, carpet and tile to drywall and paint. There were quality issues with the painter and Matt was very responsive and professional and made sure our concerns were addressed. STR has FAR exceeded our expectations! We have worked with many other companies and it was always the same story...took WAY longer than expected with ok results. STR gave us a very detailed plan and worked diligently with us on everything. We felt like we were a priority. We have even added projects and they adjusted easily and without hesitation! I recommended them to 2 friends before they were even finished with ours! That's how confident we were! And they are constantly checking in to make sure it's going good and that we are pleased. They are fantastic to work with!

STR is an amazing team to work with. Our first major renovation was our kitchen and it turned out better than expected. We have spent a lot of time in our new kitchen over the past year. We love it! Our last project turned out great in the end. There were a few setbacks. However, when something didn’t turn out the way we expected, we let them know. They would check it out and fix the problem to our satisfaction. They were there to make sure that we were satisfied with all the changes. If we weren’t, they did their best to meet our expectations.
