Very thorough, talked with me first about my issues, always made sure I was comfortable. She didn't talk a lot during the massage, which was nice and she did a great job with my 30 minute treatment especially her arm massage. Emily did my facial after and I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't sure what to expect since she did not take much info at all from me and did not ask about my skin or customizing ingredients for me specifically. But she had a very healing touch and I loved the facial overall which included dermaplaning and a scalp massage. I do wish she would have told me what products she used, and like I said, she did not ask me about my skin and concerns at all. I didn't want her to really sell me products after but to show her expertise and knowledge by telling me what she used and what would work for me would have been nice.
