They do a great job! My dip nails never crack or chip when I get them done here. But I am giving three stars because they have tried to charge me extra on three different occasions for a special shape. Of course, they never tell me about this extra charge until I go to pay. I have never asked for a special shape and only do short round nails. Just beware! It’s only $5 extra, but it’s an issue of principle. They will charge extra without warning or really justification. It’s sneaky and feels wrong.
