Noah and his team did a nice job of unloading our truck. They were efficient, respectful of our house and belongings, and efficient with through the whole process. If we need someone to unload my mother in law when she moves here, we will absolutely ask Phoenix Moving to do it. We did have a few mishaps during our unload, and I’m still giving them a 4-star rating (see details below). The unload included a 900pound safe, which we paid extra because it’s a specialty item. The safe company recommended we move it with the door open since we had to move it on its side - this was to prevent having to drill the door if the locking mechanism failed. My wife and I recently used Phoenix Moving to relocate us from NW Arkansas to the River Valley. The young who executed our move were thorough, conscientious, and respectful. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. I would highly recommend Phoenix Moving to anyone in need of a company that feels the job isn't done until the customer is satisfied.
