Colin showed up exactly when he said he would and was quick to give us a date for work he did on our roof. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Colin and his team replaced our roof in October. Colin kept an eye on our roof for two plus years until he updated me on a damaging storm that came through. After showing me the damage he stated I needed to file a claim (many storms prior Colin came out and said there was nothing notable that an adjuster would deem as hail damage)His professional relationships with contractors, insurance companies, and product manufacturers made our experience smooth and stress free! It’s nice to know that while so many people are complaining about roofers and the lousy job they do that here’s a company that you can count on.From the first time they show up at your door explaining why you need a new roof till they leave after the job is done very professional and clean.They explain everything to you and even take care of all the paperwork and the final outcome is a new roof on my house that meets all expectation and it was done right the first time and quickly.
