About nooma

Nooma is a unique studio that offers a transformative approach to breathwork and movement. Their classes combine yoga, Pilates, dance, barre, and weight training with detoxifying infrared heat, focusing on both physical and mental release. Nooma prioritizes self-feeling over appearance, providing a low-impact yet challenging workout experience. The studio's intense heat helps individuals leave their worries on the mat, and its community of inspiring individuals fosters a connection between mind, body, and spirit. The studio's amenities include comfortable mats and towels, enjoyable music, and a spacious room with mirrors and dark lighting. While some clients appreciate the studio's flexibility with phones, others suggest a no-phone policy to maintain a collective energy in the room. Many visitors enjoy the variety of class options and the friendly staff, though some wish for better music quality and punctuality from instructors. The studio's vibe is lively and welcoming, with a focus on challenging workouts in a hot, dark room, packed with mats. Overall, Nooma offers a space for both physical and mental renewal, with a strong community feel.

I work for a senior living community, Pinnacle Groves, and we included Nooma in our Small Business Appreciation project. This is the yoga studio I go to and I absolutely love it so it was fun also including them in this project! If you're looking for a way to move and recharge check them out! It's more than just a workout studio, their classes combine yoga, strength, and movement in a heated space designed to help you reconnect with your mind and body. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love Nooma! This place welcomes everyone and makes sure you know how much they appreciate you. I love the different class options depending on what I need or feel like each day.

Went to Strength Sculpt. It’s Sort of a hybrid of CorePower’s Yoga Sculpt with more Pilates type abs. I found the class to be challenging in a good way (not like a type 2 - trauma bond with you neighbor whom you are sweating on type of way.) Personally, I love classes in hot dark rooms, with loud music, and that are packed mat to mat. That said, I recognize that that’s not everyone’s vibe…. So just a know before you go type of thing. The studio was cute, clean and the staff was friendly. Vibes were high and the workout was good … I’ll be going back.
