I have visited Jennifer Liles a couple times. I have been to the doctor probably 2 times in my adult life. I was happy to have found a doctor that was very prompt and straight to the point. I messaged Liles through my mercy and asked for bloodwork. She agreed and proceeded to order it same day. She is quick and I appreciate that. I double checked with her over messages to make sure it was covered by insurance, she said yes. I got the blood work done and received a bill from quest 3 months later. She had ordered over $6,000 worth of testing and I was billed over $700. What? This was covered by insurance? I guess the $5,300 was. I had absolutely no idea she ordered so much...read full review

Good place, but some horrible people who care more about reputation than the health of an individual, my mother went in for shots to help with her knee pain, but was turned away after her X-rays because they found a bug on the pillow which could have come from the patient before. They told her she couldn't get her shots until that problem is fixed and refused to be given the shots to them having to wash everything after and refused to give her a copy of the X-rays.Would give 0 stars if I could.

Says internal medicine but they are really sending everyone to urgent care instead. Sick? Urgent care. Check up? Emergency room. Questions about health? Check back in several days just to be told to go to urgent care.
