After discovering we had water issues in our house, it was suggested that we contact someone who could look at our foundation. I found Marx Construction on Google and called them. Mark answered as soon as I called and spent time with me on the phone to help me identify next steps. He gave me options as to how to proceed and didn't charge me anything to share his knowledge with me. It was so refreshing to find someone who could help me determine the next steps. If we ever need construction work, we will definitely call Marx Construction.
Marx did a wonderful job on our guest house renovation and we now have a beautiful and comfortable cabin in the woods. Westin did a great job of responding quickly to address all of our concerns. He also did a nice job of coordinating with the subcontractors. The workmanship was excellent as well.
My only criticism I have is that a monthly payment schedule was established in the contract that I signed but halfway through the project they asked for the remaining balance of six payments. We calmly worked out a compromise and there were no further issues. The final price was what we agreed upon.

This guy knows in and out of what he does. I highly recommend connecting with him for construction and other real estate work. I just called to inquiry about something and he spent an hour over the call discussing and also ADVISING the right thing (He has a lot of experience). It's lot easier to work with such people. Every penny is worth a dollar working with him !!!!!!!!!!!
