The somatic breathwork sessions with Sidney are incredible. Not only do they provide space to pause, but they reset your nervous system in a way that impacts you for days.
The team is very thorough in instructions before your session all the way through the entire experience. Whether you're new to somatic breathwork or you've been practicing it for years, Living Loved guides you every step of the way. They allow the perfect balance of guidance and freedom to listen to God every step of the way.
