We live in Indiana, spending a week each month in Bentonville for business. Since 2018, we’ve gotten our glasses from LC - Edison has always taken fantastic care of us! (Yes, we drive 12 hours one way to get our glasses from LC/Edison!). We love seeing Edison every year, and the variety of designer glasses at this store is absolutely amazing- I don’t know how he does it, but Edison keeps finding us the perfect eyewear every time! I had the most amazing experience at Lenscrafters in the Promenade Mall today! The store manager, Eddison greeted me promptly with a warm welcome. This was the first time using my insurance vision benefits since retiring and had many questions. Eddison pulled up my benefits explaining in detail what my insurance covered based on the right lens to fit my needs. He showed me my lens options on the tablet so I clearly understood what was available for how I use my glasses.
