Technicians are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, explaining options clearly and fixing issues promptly. I've always been impressed with Kinder's technicians (especially the young lady who came one spring) but the nicest so far was Gavin who came recently to check the heat for the season.
Gavin came out and found the problem right away and fixed it. He was personable, courteous, knowledgeable, and he also took the time to educate on what was happening with our HVAC. We also decided to get their seasonal maintenance.
Kinder is the only company we use for replacement and repairs on our HVAC systems. Justin is their service tech , very knowledgeable and polite.
