I recommend getting your haircut and colored at the JCPenney Salon in Rogers. My hairdresser is Lindsay Cook. I love my hair color and my haircut. She’s really good and she doesn’t make you sit in the chair all day.
I love coming here to get my hair done, whether I'm getting color or not. Everyone is always so incredibly nice, professional and all have such great skill. They truly work as a team, create a positive atmosphere as well. Lindsey and Hong have most recent done my hair, tho my son & husband have seen many of others too, and we are all always happy with them all, and the work they do. Thank you to you all, never want to go anywhere else!
I hate to give a negative review, but I have never been through a situation like this. In my life Ive had haircuts and highlights for over 40 years and it has always taken about 1.5 to 2 hours. I asked for a haircut, blow out and my usual blonde highlights framing my face, and throughout my hair. 5 hours later I left with an ok haircut and blowout but no blonde highlights!? I paid $200 (I also bought product) for a so-so haircut and NOT the highlights that asked for, and my upper forehead is stained. Let’s just say I’m sorry I didn’t go to my usual place. I gave it a few days but no, not pleased with the hair or the very long experience that took up my whole Saturday
