Matt (owner) and Garrett have been an absolute God send for my family as we transitioned to Northwest Arkansas. They have bailed us out of several plumbing emergencies, re worked plumbing, AND hot water tank repairs!! They located and repaired leaks that were in the wall quickly to minimize sheetrock damage and mold issues. Highly recommend this company. They do good, honest, efficient work.
As a Fayetteville native who has needed the services of plumbing companies numerous times over the past 40+ years, I have never, and I mean NEVER, had dealings with such a fair, friendly, and helpful company. From the guys who came and performed the work to the office staff who assisted me by providing receipts I misplaced, every person did so with a friendly and positive demeanor. It’s seems all kind of events happen in three’s and I have needed a plumber three times in the past few months. I was so impressed after my first need for their service I called them for my second plumbing emergency. And again for the third. Hopefully, I won’t need a plumber for a long time, but I assure you, I will call IT’s Plumbing. They provide fast, friendly service at a reasonable price. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate them 10+. This is a rating I’ve NEVER given in times past. Should you need the service of a plumber, you can’t do any better than call IT’s Plumbing!
