I went in for a full set today, and first off The entrance and whole room was beautiful, very modern, clean, bright and the music was poppin! The staff was so kind and Tracy who did my nails was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be returning. she made the exact shape and styke that I wanted. no pain, just perfect.
Ive driven past this place a couple times and finally went in. The atmosphere is great, the spa is clean and the staff is so sweet. They make you feel comfortable the second you walk through the door. Dustin did exactly as I asked, I left a few things up to his expertise and dont regret it. He was so kind and patient and did an amazing job. His speed was great but the quality of nails are even better. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone.
Our first time at Hera and will not be the last. Service was amazing from the moment we walked in (actually from the phone call I made to make the appts). I got a regular mani and the tech was pleasure. My daughter had acrylics and a nail design. Dustin was her tech and he did such an amazing job. She was so happy, it made her whole weekend! Thank you to everyone at Hera. See you again soon.
