Be careful. Jacob Hansen recently started a business on 1/24/22 and calls it "Works by Hansen Construction". This is not the same company.On 11/15/21 Jacob Hansen submitted a bid to me for a small project using the name "Hansen Design and Construction" (I now believe that was a fraudulent representation). He accepted a deposit, did not perform the work and lost the lawsuit I filed. Mine was not the only lawsuit against Jacob Hansen.Again, be careful about which company and the people you are dealing with.
