It was quick and easy experience. Plenty of parking spots available. Online Check in makes the wait time manageable. Walk ins are OK but you may end up waiting for a long time. Check for coupons for a discounted price hair cuts.
I use them largely because of the online check-in so I don't need an appointment or wait. Staff seems to be retained pretty well, I live closer to the Bentonville location, but have had better experiences at the Rogers one overall.
