    pt 1. Went in to return/exchange my Astros gaming headset. Went I walked in, the gentleman at the front directed me to the the front registers to be assisted. When i got to the register, I mentioned that I had the geek squad protection plan and wanted to either get store credit, or exchange my headset for a brand new one. Once he heard “geek squad” he directed me to geek squad. So, I walk over there and a gentleman walks out and says “hi what do you want?” Didn’t get his name, but from the start his tone was already rude and unprofessional. He had his head shaved on the sides and left the hair on top for a super long ponytail.

    Never let um know how much you know, till they show off then hand um thier lunch. Here Mr. Davis your subway you ordered. Lol uh huh ya'll thought I meant the other way lol I did lol.?

    I had a wonderful experience with Geek Squad. Chad was amazing. He was attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made sure I knew everything that was going on and how long it'd take before my computer was fixed. When I picked it up, he made sure to start it up so I could see the virus had been removed and asked if there were any questions I had. I most definitely recommend this Geek Squad to anyone.
