I have had first western insurance for 3 years and have nothing but unpleasant and rude experiences in the handful of time I have attempted to contact them. They cost me $1,600 that I had to send to my vehicle lenders due to their lack of office professionalism and not sending the documentation that was requested reproved three months. In another instance, when following up on my cancellation of my vehicle insurance die to moving out of state, when Tiffany answered the phone I did a pleasant introduction of myself and Tiffany quickly and rudely told me she didn't know who I was, without asking for my information.
