I was completely blown away by my experience in this store! The whole crew was so kind and helpful. I haven’t had such amazing customer service in a very long time. The whole group deserves a raise! I purchased a new pair of glasses as well as sunglasses and was out in an hour with both pairs. I will never shop anywhere else for my eye needs. Could not recommend this amazing store more because of its people!! ??

My time at Eyemart Express in Rogers was amazing! Ally was wonderful in explaining all of the options I had. She even helped me pick my most bold choice of glasses ever. They are the best choice I’ve ever made for glasses! Will he going back and recommended others to shop here as well just because of her wonderful customer service!

Good but the man who waited on us was a bit cocky. They were fast and did a good job but the man who waited on us had a bit of an attitude and asked for a 5 star review well I always give reviews based on my honest opinion and experience and not what people ask for. If he had been a bit more humble I'd gladly give him a 5 star review. But as it stands I didn't like his demeanor and so 4 stars is the best I can give.
