Josh provided a very thorough, unbiased home inspection that went through every aspect of the home. Espy Home Inspections did a mold investigation at our house in the winter of 2022. Josh was very thorough and detailed. He identified several areas in our home that needed improvement to prevent leaks and water damage. A previous home inspection (from another company) had missed these details so we are glad we got an inspection from Espy. I recommend Espy for your home inspection needs.
