Fantastic! Wonderful customer service. They called to confirm a week prior and the day of service to confirm and remind me they were coming to clean the carpet. I appreciate this so much as some people either don't respond or remember the appointment. They were prompt and left the house in better shape than they got there. Liz at DeHart was pleasant and welcoming when we contacted them for setting up an appointment to fit our schedule. Crew called to advise on the way and arrived early - Alanna and Chris - were fun and efficient. Went right to work, careful of entering the home when their equipment and did a fantastic job in all three rooms. Extremely responsive! Terrific communication. Did what they said they would do!I normally don't write reviews, but DeHart helped me out of a tough spot. A detergent spilled in my office which literally made it difficult to breath. I made 3 calls to carpet cleaning companies and no one could get to me within a day. One of the companies referred me to DeHart and they were more than accommodating to work me in. The job was effectively completed. The detergent odor is going from the air and we can breath again.THANKS DEHART!
